The platform does not manage funds, does not process payments and does not intervene in the financial relationship between partners.
Financial responsibility belongs exclusively to the companies involved in the collaboration. Each company issues invoices and collects directly from the partner.
Subscription payment can be made by bank transfer or online card (Visa, Mastercard). Online payment processing is done through Stripe, in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.
Access to AgroTrading is based on invitation and validation.
Complete the invitation form. After validation, you receive access to the platform and select the appropriate subscription.
Requesting an invitation represents the access request. Account activation takes place only after the request is evaluated and the organization is accepted.
The validation process analyzes legal existence, economic activity, contact details and the organization's relevance to the AgroTrading ecosystem.
Normally, the verification process takes 2-3 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as your organization is approved.
The company must be a registered legal entity with real economic activity. The representative must be a person authorized to represent the company. Each request is evaluated objectively.
After validation, you receive invitations that you can send to companies, agents or NGOs. You can track the status of invitations (used, pending or expired).

Each listed product can be managed through distinct lots, with information such as: quantity, price, delivery term and expiration date. Products can be associated with warehouses and loading points configured in the account. The system can notify approaching expiration dates, and products close to expiration can be marked for donation.
The AgroTrading platform allows managing multiple commercial identities from a single company account. Each brand can have its own listings, connections and visibility, depending on account structure and chosen subscription.
A commercial identity represents a brand, a business line or a distinct operative entity, centrally managed from the company's main account. Brands remain distinct on the platform.
AgroTrading includes a social network dedicated to collaborations between companies, agents and validated organizations. You can publish opportunities, news or commercial initiatives to your network of connections. Marketplace announcements can also be displayed in your network of connections.

The commission contract is concluded directly between the agent and the partner company. AgroTrading is not a party to commercial or commission contracts. The percentage is established exclusively between the parties.
The agent issues the invoice directly to the partner company, according to the agreement between the parties.
There is the possibility to intermediate sales from clients who do not have an AgroTrading account, using a dedicated form for external transactions.
The status can be reviewed and withdrawn in case of non-compliance with platform terms, unprofessional conduct or a prolonged period of inactivity.

NGOs can publish both donation requests and collaboration or partnership offers, depending on projects.
Resources are offered directly by partner companies to the NGO. Delivery or pickup is established directly between the company and NGO. The platform facilitates connection and communication and does not intermediate physical or monetary donations.
At the request of the donor or platform, summary evidence (reports, photos or documents) regarding donation usage may be required.
Donated products must be used exclusively for the declared purpose. Resale without explicit donor consent is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.

Liberal professions refer to professional activities exercised independently or in recognized legal forms, such as consulting, technical, legal, financial, certification, audit, design services or other specialized services compatible with the B2B environment.
The platform allows international interactions, with display in the language selected by the user. Liberal professionals have access to functionalities depending on account type and chosen subscription.

The platform does not offer a testing option or free trial period. Access is available after account validation and subscription activation.
Upgrading to a higher plan is available at any time, and the price difference is calculated pro-rata for the remaining period. Downgrading is only possible at subscription renewal.
